ATOS ScanBox 5108 & 5120

From small fans to large car doors

ATOS ScanBox series 5 consists of two different systems based on the same principle. Both systems utilize the ATOS Triple Scan mounted on a 6-axis robot, working in conjunction with a synchronized rotation table. 

ATOS ScanBox 5108 has a single sliding door and is well-suited for quality control of small turbine blades or metal casts up to 800 mm.

ATOS ScanBox 5120 has two sliding doors and more working space. It is designed for larger and heavier parts, like car doors and engine blocks up to 2000 mm. None of the systems require floor mounting and both systems are designed to be moved by a pallet truck.

Scaled to your needs
ATOS ScanBox series 5 measures a large range of part sizes, and hence you can choose the system meeting your needs. Even complex parts like turbine fans and engine casts can be full-field scanned and thereby provide insight concerning hidden defects and miscasts. 

The data extract provides you with the opportunity for in-depth analysis of single parts or several parts. Thus providing you with a better understanding of the characteristics and trends in the production.

With the high data resolution of the ATOS Triple Scaneven the smallest details and geometries are documented. The automated solution minimizes operator time when several parts are measured and ensures the same high quality of each measurement.
