Modular measuring fixturing system
Witte Alufix is a patented measuring fixturing system, which has existed on the market for more than 25 years. The system is used by production companies all over the world, who need precise and reliable fixing.
The measuring fixture solution is based on standard components, which can be assembled in various ways. The system contains basic elements as cubes, rods and plates, which can be combined, adjusted and mounted in the wanted shape.
In this way, a basic set offers many possibilities for building the needed measuring fixture. When the measuring fixture no longer is needed, the components are disassembled and can be put together in a new setup.
Witte components are produced with high accuracy and of high-quality aluminum. This results in high precision on element dimensions, which ensures equal positioning of parts every time.
Alufix from Witte is extremely flexible due to the many combination possibilities. At the same time, it is simple and quick to assemble, resulting in short reaction times, as the engineer can design the measuring fixture and continue the process immediately.
The measuring fixtures can be used for measuring parts of different sizes, materials, weight and stability, which means that Alufix can solve most fixing tasks.
The robust design of the measuring fixture makes it suitable for other purposes than measuring, e.g. gluing, welding, and milling.

FixBase are sandwich plates on which measuring fixtures are mounted. The plates are used to transport measuring fixtures and parts, and make the measurement process more efficient.
Fixinspect are accessories used for tactile and optical measurement. The series consists of adapters, frames and special targets.
