ATOS ScanBox Series 4
Automated 3D metrology system
ATOS ScanBox 4105 is the smallest fully automated metrology system from Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology. The system is a standard plug-and-play solution where user-friendliness and high-end equipment go hand in hand.
ATOS ScanBox 4105 utilizes an ATOS 3D scanner mounted on a
6-axis robot. All mobile parts are located in a shielded container together with an automated rotation table. The specially designed sliding door allows for loading of heavy parts by crane.
ATOS ScanBox 4105
The ATOS ScanBox 4105 can use ATOS sensors with a measuring volume down to 80 x 60 x 60 mm³. This means that it is possible to measure details, which are only the size of a few tenth of millimeters.
The demands of measurement uncertainty are simultaneously high with in almost all industries today, which require a traceable and self monitoring solution.
Surveillance and monitoring the scanning process is an integrated part of the ATOS ScanBox 4105, so that potential scanning errors automatically are eliminated from the measurement.
ATOS ScanBox 4105 is mobile and with its plug-and-play solution it is easy to incorporate in the production. The automated set up decreases operator time, and at the same time ensures the same quality of scanning each time.
With predefined programs, verifying numerous parts is fast - without extra costs of training operators.
