At the HI Tech & Industry trade show 2023, Zebicon presents a new product.

In October, Zebicon will once again be at the HI trade show. A highlight of the exhibition is the new T-SCAN hawk 2, a handheld 3D laser scanner developed by ZEISS. The T-SCAN hawk 2 is a versatile solution designed to transform quality control, reverse engineering and documentation processes.

A distinctive feature of the system is its mobility - the entire equipment can be easily packed into a suitcase, making it easy to perform accurate measurements in different locations. The innovative handheld 3D scanner, officially launched on January 31, 2023, will make its appearance at this year's HI exhibition, which takes place October 3-5, 2023.

Improved design, usability and advanced features

At Zebicon's booth, visitors will be able to experience a live demonstration of the new 3D scanner.

CTO Kasper Fedde Krogh shares his excitement,

"Visitors will be presented with a 3D scanner that is faster, lighter and more user-friendly than its predecessor. The new T-SCAN hawk 2 weighs less than 1 kg, which provides increased ergonomics during scanning.

Another improvement is the scanner's quick adjustment of the scanning resolution, enabling high resolution for small details and lower resolution for large parts up to 4 meters."

Kasper Fedde Krogh continues, "At HI23, visitors will also experience that the entire workflow, from data collection to inspection and reporting, can be performed directly in the ZEISS Quality Suite software."
